Join us for an enchanting Ballroom Class with Natalie Cardenas! 🌟 Every Friday, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Meet Natalie, a passionate dancer originally from Mexico. She started her dance journey at 13, training in Jazz, ballet, drama, and singing, which led her to graduate with a BA in Ballroom Education from New Mexico State University. With 7 years of professional dance, competition, and instruction at Fred Astaire Dance Studios, she triumphed in American Rhythm and American Smooth divisions nationwide. Today, Natalie enjoys life in sunny Orlando with her husband and furry companion. Don't miss our Friday Ballroom class with Natalie.
GROUP CLASSES
- Adult Ballroom Class (currently happening) FRIDAYS 7:30 to 8:30
- Only Latin dances Group Class
- Only Ballroom dances Group Class (Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, and Viennese Waltz)
PRIVATE LESSON
Made by appointment, these private lessons can be used to learn any ballroom dance from Latin dances, to ballroom, country, swing, etc. Couples and individuals are welcome as well as juniors.
WEDDING DANCES
Choreography, music editing, and instruction is available for wedding dances:
a. First dance
b. Father daughter dance
c. Groom and mother dance
d. All bridesmaids dance
e. All groomsmen dance
WORKOUT DANCES
Similar to a Zumba class, but more geared towards using all the different Latin dances to create a work-out class that also includes some stretching and light body weight strengthening exercises
FORMATION ROUTINES:
For all adult students who wish to participate in any recital or performance, we will put together a formation routine (all girls or couples) to a specific song or theme and rehearse it to be performed.
